Welcome to Puckhog Custom Printed Pucks. Located in Brampton, Ontario, Canada (in the greater Toronto area), we are part of a full service silk-screen and pad printing company. We print on 100% Canadian made "official" size pucks, specially prepared for ink. We have spent six years testing different inks in labs and on the ice. Our imprints will stand up under any normal hockey conditions. Teams, leagues, tournaments, sports shops, corporate branding, fundraising, custom pucks offer unique exposure. We have no minimum order.

Email or send us the artwork and the quantity of pucks you're interested in (email). We'll send or email  you back a proof of the artwork and a quote. When you decide you want to order email us and we get to work. Single color pucks ship in about a week.

Each color in your logo requires us to make a separate plate. Pucks are unpacked, inspected and cleaned with a special solvent. The ink is then applied to the pucks. This is where color separation and image registration are critical. Below is an example of a more difficult setup. This is a 5 color image ending  up with the final image. First we would print image 1 onto the puck. It would be done as a circle in white, with the black puck showing through. Then we would, one at a time, print each of the images below. Ending up with the Final Image.
