Welcome to Puckhog Custom Printed Pucks. Located in Brampton, Ontario, Canada (in the greater Toronto area), We are a full service digital and pad printing company. In business since 2001. We only print on Viceroy 100% Canadian made "official" size game pucks, We have spent ten years testing different inks in labs and on the ice. Pucks are specially prepared for ink. Our imprints will stand up under any normal hockey conditions. Teams, leagues, tournaments, sports shops, corporate branding, fundraising, custom pucks offer unique exposure. We have no minimum order, no rush charges. If we can do it, we will. If not we'll tell you. We are easy to deal with! Here is how to order: Send us your artwork and a shipping address including daytime phone number. Confirm the quantity of pucks. We will email you a proof and an invoice . Print out the invoice and fill in all credit card information. Fax or email it back to us with your approval. When the pucks are shipped, we bill your card.

T-Shirts for any event: UNDERSTANDING THE PRINTING PROCESS: (back to top) Each colour in your logo requires us to make a separate film. This is where color separation and image registration are critical. From this we burn a cliche (plate) for each colour. Pucks are unpacked, inspected and cleaned with a special solvent. The ink is then applied to the pucks. Below is an example of a more difficult setup. This is a 5 color image ending up with the final image. First we would print image 1 onto the puck. It would be done as a circle in white, with the black puck showing through. Then we would, one at a time, print each of the images below. Ending up with the Final Image.
